70 Pine
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Clinton & Russell and Holton & George, 1932; Renovation, Stephen B. Jacobs Group, 2016

Along with development partner DTH Capital, Rose Associates has overseen a three-year renovation of the 66-story 70 Pine, originally built by Cities Services in 1932 during the great skyscraper race and sold to AIG in 1976. Currently the 8th tallest building in NYC with a landmarked, Art Deco lobby, 70 Pine is truly a New York City gem. After a recent renovation, the former office building contains residential apartments, a hotel, and retail. Tours will include the landmarked lobby and a model apartment. Space on tours is limited, and tours will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sun Tour Info: Every 15-20 minutes, throughout the day
