OHNY Weekend Site Participants must have a site or space that:
- has architectural/design/historical New York City merit
- is open for the majority of the Annual openhousenewyork Weekend held each October
- manages OHNY visitors with appropriate staff
- adheres to OHNY Weekend requirements and responsibilities, see FAQ's
- pays nominal administrative fee
