Church of the Transfiguration

Built in neo-Gothic style, Transfiguration has 14th century stained glass, elegant chapels and a picturesque garden. The church provided sanctuary to African-Americans during the Civil War and has a long-time association with the acting community. Thousands of couples were married at the church during World War II.

Historic vestments on display throughout the weekend.
