Moxy Times Square is a new hotel located in New York City’s burgeoning Times Square South neighborhood. Originally built in 1907 as a men’s lodging house for industrial workers, hospitality industry employees, and actors, the landmarked Mills House No. 3 has been restored and renovated into a 612-key hotel.  The tour will include a look at the guestrooms and public areas designed by Yabu Pushelberg and three Rockwell Group-designed dining destinations: LEGASEA, a seafood brasserie; Egghead, a compact sandwich shop; and Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge—New York’s largest indoor-outdoor hotel rooftop that offers monumental views of the Empire State Building and the skyline.

Saturday & Sunday Tour Info: OpenDialogue tours will be led by Chris Mattiucci and Sade Hooks of Yabu Pushelberg (Saturday), and Linda Daniels of the Rockwell Group (Sunday), and representatives from the Lightstone Group, and will last approximately 1 hr.
