Kadean Bruce-Miller is currently a Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager at TD Bank New York Metro Market. In this role, Mrs. Bruce-Miller manages a diverse and complex portfolio of Commercial & Industrial clients as well as Investment Real estate customers across the Northeast. Kadean has had a long-standing career in financial services and commercial banking spanning over 20 years. Prior to joining TD Bank, Kadean was the Vice President and Relationship Manager at Spencer Savings Bank where she managed a similar book of clients. In that role, she was instrumental in expanding the bank's commercial & Industrial lending capacity across the Northeast.

As a banking professional, Kadean is very passionate about serving her clients and prides herself on going above and beyond to help them find the best financial solutions the bank has to offer. To this regard her approach is very simple, always treat people with respect as how you would want to be treated. Outside of her role at the bank, Kadean is an active community member and mentor with a passion for supporting local business owners and assisting them with solutions to improve their businesses.

My personal motto is similar to the Nora Roberts quote, which is “If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.” I have always lived my life as a go-getter, completely shunning complacency. Life will throw many obstacles and hurdles your way and constantly test you. This is a fact and just a part of life. It is important to accept this fact and get committed to never giving up, to achieve your personal and professional goals.
