Mark Diffley is an experienced business professional and leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in international markets gained in the U.S. and abroad. He is a Senior Director at Geller & Company. He is currently serving as the CFO of a company that builds data and technology infrastructure for Democratic candidates and aligned organizations. He has held senior finance roles at Blink Health, SeatGeek, Kayak Software, and Take-Two Interactive. At Kayak Software, he was responsible for the pre-IPO preparations, SEC filings, and subsequent acquisition due diligence by Booking.com. He earned an Accountancy degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and received his New York State licensed CPA while at PriceWaterhouse. He first moved to New York in 1995 but has lived in Zurich, London, Geneva, and Luxembourg City. He currently resides in Manhattan.
